Rob scored a wonderful built up play goal against Police. Rob scored the 1st ever goal using the yellow jersey of TPTFC. he is now officially the 1st ever import player to appear and scored for TPTFC. Manager said" Rob really deserve the goal. he deserve a goal in every match. his overall performance nowadays is just phenomenal. the timing is right because we are going to face the CFBT teachers next week. and this will be a goalscoring boost for our main man Rob". the goal was witnessed by most of TPTFC supporters.

It was an entertaining match against the ex brunei players. a fun and a meaningful for most of the TPTFC players to play against their idol in the past. thanks to the ex brunei players. we will be looking for a rematch against the ex players.

TPTFC again showed their high mentality after a great match against panchur. TPTFC will like to thanked Panchor for their last minute availabilty to play a friendly match against TPTFC. How do you find life in TPTFC?
Life is good. i hope to do well in the coming fixtures. i still need that match fitness though. the players, staff and management are behind me, motivate me and i will repay them with the goals soon.

You almost scored your 1st goal today?

Yeah. the ball was just a bit high and i almost scored with the header.

We heard, you still have a groin problem?

Yeah, im still feeling the pain here and there. but it's under control.i manage to play with the pain and im still going to give 110% to the team.

Do you see yourself as a long term player in TPTFC?

Yeah, i love the club and i hope i will be offered a longer contract. but as you know anything can happen in football.

Finally, we will be hoping to see your 1st goal as a TPTFC player

TPTFC finally got their 1st win last thursday thanks to a man of the match display by Sujie. Sujie scored one and set up another one in a very entertaining match. both keepers were kept busy and our Kiwi Star almost broke his goal scoring jinx via a header. nevertheless all 3 points were awarded by a very good display.

our 6th game of the season took us to UBD stadium to go against an ex UBD/SOAS team. it was a very entertaining match which saw the return of Alimin whose been missing through injury for nearly one year. he showed man of the match performance by scoring 2 goals. the game ended in a free scoring 3-3 draw.

the 1st match TPTFC played night time @ UBD stadium

it was a very dissapointed night after TPTFC were beaten 2-3 in a controversial way. TPTFC were leading 2-1 20 minutes from time. the game saw a last minute penalty awarded by the referee after TPTFC goalkeeper sofian brought down a Brunei II player.

in the end, it was heart break for the team. Next match will be thursday 08-10-2009.

IncominG .......TPTFC captured a New Zealand Star

Wednesday, TPTFC has confirmed that they have agreed terms to sign a New Zealand Player. the player, which is known as "Rob" or "Robert" arrived at the football field and met the other members of TPTFC.

Rob who is currently teaching @ Tanjong Maya Primary school has put pen to paper on a one and a half year deal which kept him as a TPTFC player til December 2010. He will have the option to extend his stay in this club beyond his contract. he will be the 1st ever foreigner to put on a TPTFC shirt.

"the players are happy that we got Rob on board. he will give us the attacking option up front to bang in goals. Rob is getting along with other TPTFC players. TPTFC will like to wish Rob the best and hopes he enjoy himself in TPTFC".

Rob will be making his debut tomorrow against a rejuvenated Birau's side. this will be TPTFC 2nd match and we will be dreaming of a win.

TPTFC looking @ New Zealand Star

Monday a TPTFC official has told us that TPTFC is looking to recruit a new player, believe to be a New Zealand player. The identity of the player was not mentioned. but it will be a very good signing for TPTFC which already shown small in squad numbers.

An official from TPTFC said " we are still negotiating to bring in a foreign player. i think we can make a final confirmation by wednesday whether the player is interested in joining TPTFC".

TPTFC 2 RBA Staff 0 21-08-2009 (Ck CT bday)

TPTFC closed their game before the ramadhan break with a win - at last.

TPTFC won the match in a very wet rainy football field in RBA football field today. it was an emotional match before a one month break (holy month). TPTFC players gather and played their socks off.

The first half started well with Senior players rejoining TPTFC. Ali Sabrey and Ck Ukoi clearly made their present felt. TPTFC got their 1st goal in the 30th minute as Ali Sabrey thru pass was met by Yamit for a one by one with the goalkeeper. the goalkeeper block yamit's shot but Felix was there to beat the goalkeeper in the 2nd attempt. That was Felix's 4th game in 5 matches - not bad for a tryout stricker. Ck Ukoi and Sujie (both playing wingers)were giving problems to the RBA staff defence throughout the 1st half. Centre of the field were clearly controlled by Ali Sabrey and Kadum.

in the 2nd half, TPTFC was 2nd best to RBA staff. RBA staff kept on attacking the game but TPTFC was able to controlled the game. Fine saves by TPTFC goalkeeper, Suhardi was able to keep TPTFC's lead. The defensive partnership of Samhari, Dai and Coach were able to stop dangers from RBA staff. 15 minutes from time, the 2nd goal for TPTFC came. the goal was scored by Kadum who lob the goalkeeper well. a very good goal by Kadum - just his 3rd goal for TPTFC. Henry was in trouble again with the referee as temper went off after the ball was kick to his face in the closing minutes of the game. Nevertheless, the game ended with a 2-0 win for TPTFC.

TPTFC management said" all TPTFC players gave 110% today. From the Goalkeeper to Strikers. i hope this will continue in the long run. we would like to say job well done to ALL players for giving a good closing game - WELL DONE"

TPTFC suffered 4th straight defeat.....

As expected the match between the seniors and juniors was a classic match. both teams showed a very good match. but at the end the seniors edge the juniors 2-1 in a very wet football field.

Seniors went off to a flyer. they created chances and punished the juniors in the 1st half. they got their first goal in the opening 10 minutes. 5 minutes later it was 2-0 after a very good shot was unleashed by cikgu Yakub which found the back of the net. that goal was a candidate for goal of the season. Juniors managed to pull one back through Yamit who just need to tap the ball in after a very good dribble by Suhardi "comel". Suhardi played well throughout the game.

in the 2nd half, the game continued as it was in the 2nd half as both teams showed good attacking football. seniors were unlucky to find a goal disallowed for offside 10 minutes from time. juniors defended well in the 2nd half, led by ck ismail. Dai, Arfan and Pijal were the other defenders. nevertheless, the game ended in a 2-1 win for the Seniors in a very good and friendly game. WELL DONE to BOTH TEAMS - TPTFC.

TPTFC 1 Polis CID 2 - (13-08-2009)

The Team's Formation : Starting Lineup

TPTFC suffered a second successive defeat in the hands of Polis CID . The game ended in a 2-1 defeat which depleted the team's confidence. TPTFC started off well with the attacking partner of Felix and Boy star. The two strikers combined well to produce chances but chances were wasted in front of goal. Lucky CID. TPTFC were behind as early in the 20th minute when a far shot by the CID team beat Suhardi. Suhardi showed a man of the match display by intercepting play and making some fine saves.... TPTFC levelled things up 10 minutes later when Boy star got past defenders although his right foot shot was block, he managed to unleash a left foot shot which beat the CID goalkeeper.

The 2nd half was an equally even game. TPTFC and CID both showed attacking football. TPTFC played well and created chances which were wrongly called back by the referee for offside. CID took their chances and bury any hopes for TPTFC when they got a second goal. Although Suhardi saved with an incredible reflect action saved but the follow up was unstoppable.

The game ended in a 2-1 defeat but all TPTFC players should pat themselves on the back for a well footballing display. Chairman, Ali Sabrey also played and was furious with the wrongly offside decision. He said " Orang badan basar tu ingat ya referee...kitani g di terangkannya sal offside, satu-satu g". Ali Sabrey was furious....but still he did a job well done...

Pijal scored 2 excellent taken goals as Panchur beat TPTFC 3-2.

TPTFC started off well with a fine goal from Felix. but the defenders without the experience Dai, Boy Amhra both were injured, Arfan (suspended without pay) were easy to beat. The only 2 recognised defenders were Yamit and Samhari. Pijal took two golden chances to beat the defenders, one from a set piece and the other via a long shot. and Panchur manage to get a third before half time.

The second half was almost similar to the 1st. as Panchur kept their domination of the game. they kept on attacking but unfortunately it was TPTFC which got a 2nd goal. Referee, Jiman gave a penalty for handball in the box...and u guess it...Sujie was there to unleash a trademark thunderbolt penalty. a shot which will terrify all top goalkeepers. in the end that was the final score and congratulations to Pijal and co.

The Senior Side of TPTFC....

TPTFC returned to action today against the teacher's team from Brunei Muara 3. It was the TPTFC seniors who were playing not the TPTFC juniors.

TPTFC seniors were beaten 3-2. TPTFC Seniors showed very strong mentality although they were behind by 3-0. Well done Seniors....you showed us juniors that you are still the best team of TPTFC...Congratulations!!

Arfan Punishments!!!

Arfan is facing disciplinary actions as he was not able to play in the match against panchur without any reasons.... an officer of the TPTFC said " Arfan is facing a huge fine and maybe suspended from any outdoor / late night activities. he has let the team down and actions will be taken". he may be suspended without pay.

TPTFC 4 PANCHUR 3 (04-08-2009)

In a very difficult hazy weather yesterday, the game had it all....controversy...beautiful goals etc.. in the first half..TPTFC was behind 2 - 0 after having a slow start to their game. but it changes after Sujie broke the deadlock for TPTFC by unleashing a very fierce shot from the penalty spot.

in the 2nd half, sujie once again prove to be the difference as he got pass 3 defenders and his shot found the back of the net to make it 2-2. then finally TPTFC was fully in contol although a new line up defence looks shaky but they stood ground and manage to hang on to the draw. 10 minutes later, imported player, bidit scored by turning lovely to get pass his marker and shoots which found the far end of the post. 5 minutes later bidit once again scored with a header to make it 4-2. a mix up in the TPTFC defence conceded a 3rd goal. it was a soft goal to be conceded.

nevertheless TPTFC manage to hang on to the win and took all 3 points....

TPTFC 4 BIRAU 5 (30.07.2009)

it was a frustrating afternoon as TPTFC were beaten by Birau.. teachers took the lead through felix as he took a very good pass from bidit....but the teacher's defence were beaten easily without Dai (suspended). the teachers defence conceded two quick goals to Birau.... teachers equalised with a wonderful technique from ck ismail....the ball was cleared up ways n he controlled the ball and shoots before the ball even falls to the ground...the game ended 2-3 for TPTFC at the end of the 1st half.



the 2nd half was also very exciting....TPTFC started off well. Boy star dribbled his way pass 2-3 defenders n fouled in the penalty box.. from the resulting penalty, he scored via a rare left foot shot which shock all his teammates ......the score was 3-3. couple minutes later...confusion between the midfielders and the defenders resulted in Birau 4th goal....and minutes later boy amrha conceded a shocking own goal.....that makes the score 3-5. TPTFC then got a free kick 7 minutes from time...the kick was taken by Yamit and he scored via the resulting free kick to make it 4-5. who said yamit cant take free kicks?? the game ended 4-5 ...heart break for the TPTFC and their supporters.....

TPTFC 2 MAIO 1 (28-07-2009)

it was a match of two tales...the first half was controlled by TPTFC but the 2nd half changes things....it was 1-1 at the end of the first half. TPTFC took the lead after some good work from stand in striker Suhardi passing through 2 defender from the ball of Suzee... Suhardi beat 2 defender and provided a perfect cross just for Pijal to headed it home.....10 minutes later the story changes as the MAIO team countered attack what to be seen a very effective one.....the winger ran pass Arfan and cross the ball. TPTFC Stand in keeper yabong was in shock after the ball was tap in by the MAIO striker.

the 2nd half was another tale...the game was fully controlled by the MAIO tim...they started the counter attack and the TPTFC teachers had too stand tough for all attacking tactics by MAIO...TPTFC even tried a long shot from imported Asmali and was showed a world class save by the MAIO keeper....HArun. Although the MAIO tim was tough, TPTFC got themselves a second goal. the defender fouled Yamit and won a free kick...yamit stand up and got on with the game...Arfan lined up the free kick and from the resulting free kick, he managed to unleashed a venomous shot that won the game...
